Payment & Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 7, 2025

This policy governs all fees and payments related to the membership and services provided by NextModel.lk.

 

1. Membership Fee Structure

  • Purpose: The fee covers the administrative cost of verification, profile creation, and the publication of the Candidate’s professional portfolio on the NextModel.lk platform for client access.
  • Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of LKR 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Sri Lankan Rupees) inclusive of all applicable taxes is due upon initial registration for platform access and service activation.
  • Annual Renewal: The annual renewal fee is LKR 8,000 (Eight Thousand Sri Lankan Rupees) inclusive of all applicable taxes, payable one year from the activation date.

 

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Strictly Non-Refundable: All initial registration fees and subsequent annual renewal fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. By paying the fee, the Candidate/Guardian acknowledges and accepts the risk inherent in the marketplace model.
  • Voluntary Removal: If a Candidate/Guardian submits a written request to remove the portfolio from the platform before the expiration of the membership term, no portion of the paid fee will be refunded.

 

3. Compliance and Suspension

  • Verification Compliance: Failure by a Guardian to provide necessary verification documents for a minor’s registration upon request will result in the immediate suspension and termination of the membership without refund, as this constitutes a breach of the Terms & Conditions.

 

4. Governing Terms

  • This policy is integrated into and governed by the full Terms & Conditions of NextModel.lk.
